As the Global Brand Ambassador for Dingle Distillery, Dave has spent well over 15 years at the forefront of the craft revival—watching the industry transform beyond recognition while sharing its story with enthusiasts across the globe. One of the most recognisable and beloved figures on the Irish whiskey scene, there’s no one better suited to help us draw the festival to a close.
Fireside Stories & Rare Dingle Pours
We’re pulling up a chair by the fire in Bermingham's Bar for a relaxed afternoon chat with Dave about his journey through the industry. He’ll be spilling the beans on what it’s really like working with one of the coolest distilleries in the country, the highs, lows, and perils of ambassador life, and plenty of legendary stories picked up along the way. Of course, it wouldn't be a fireside chat without something exceptional in the glass—Dave is bringing a few very special Dingle pours to share with us to mark the occasion.
The Ultimate Festival Finale
Tickets are €20, which includes a complimentary pint of Guinness on arrival alongside those special Dingle drams throughout the session.
